Donna here... summer is the season of movement.
Golfing. Gardening. Pickleball. Tennis. Swimming. Walking. Boating. Traveling.
Summer should feel energizing — not painful.
As we become more active during the warmer months, many people begin noticing increased stiffness, lower back discomfort, neck tension, sore shoulders, tight hips, and aching joints from repetitive movements and outdoor activities.

My Therapeutic Pilates classes combine mindful movement, breathwork, stretching, strengthening, body awareness, relaxation, and nervous system support to create a truly therapeutic experience for the mind, body, and soul.
Through focused breathwork, quiet awareness, intention, and precise movement patterns, the body learns to move with greater ease, control, alignment, and function.
These classes are designed especially for adults looking to stay active, mobile, strong, and pain-free while enjoying all the activities summer has to offer.

June 8th - August 24th, 2026 - summer session will run for 12 weeks.
Please note: There will be NO class on Monday, June 29th. Because of this, Monday classes will run for 11 weeks, while Wednesday and Thursday classes will run for the full 12 weeks.
