As we step into a brand-new year, it’s the perfect time to reset your body, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself—physically, mentally, and energetically.

I’m so excited to share that my 2026 Winter Pilates Session is officially open for registration, and this session marks a beautiful evolution in how these classes are taught.



Pilates Meets Quantum Innertouch™

These classes go far beyond traditional Pilates.

Yes—you will still strengthen your core, tone your body, improve joint mobility, restore full range of motion, and stretch muscles for proper, comfortable alignment.

But what makes these classes truly unique is the integration of Quantum Innertouch™ principles—bringing intention, breath, and subtle energy alignment into every session.

The result?You don’t just leave feeling worked—you leave feeling grounded, revitalized, strong, and balanced.


What’s New This Session: Resonance Breathing

At the start of every class, we will now be focusing on 3 minutes of resonance breathing—a simple yet powerful breathwork technique that has profound effects on the nervous system.

Benefits of Resonance Breathing include:

• Improved Heart Rate Variability (HRV), a key marker of resilience and nervous system health• Enhanced cognitive function and mental clarity• Reduced stress and anxiety• Greater emotional regulation• A calmer, more focused internal state

This practice gently prepares your body and mind so you can move with more awareness, ease, and intention throughout the class.


Ending Each Class with Deep Integration

Due to wonderful feedback, we are continuing the progressive relaxation technique during the final minute of each class.

This closing practice allows the nervous system to fully integrate the movement, release stored tension, and leave you feeling calm, centered, and restored—rather than rushed back into your day.


Carefully Designed for Every Body

With over 20 years of experience in Pilates, fitness, health promotion, senior fitness, and personal training, I am able to modify every exercise to meet you exactly where you are.

Now, as I move forward in my PhD and Doctorate in Natural Medicine through Quantum University, I am also drawing on a deeper understanding of the subtle energy systems around us.

By combining:• Guided visualization• Breath and movement with intention• Somatic awareness• Energy alignment principles

Each class is thoughtfully and carefully crafted to support not just your physical body—but your mind and spirit as well.

The Quantum Innertouch™

I’m excited to share that in late winter / early spring, I will be launching a completely new course inspired by my doctoral studies at Quantum University and my evolving work in natural and energetic medicine.

The Quantum Innertouch™ will be a deeply nourishing stress-reduction and self-regulation experience, thoughtfully designed to support modern life while remaining simple, grounding, and accessible.

This course will gently weave together:• Breathwork and meditation• Heart–mind alignment• Somatic and mindful movement• Coherence and nervous system regulation• Practical quantum principles for everyday balance

More details will be shared soon as this program continues to unfold organically.


Why the New Year Is the Perfect Time to Begin

The New Year naturally invites fresh beginnings, but in Taoist philosophy, winter is not a time to push—it is a time to go inward.

Winter represents stillness, quiet, and conservation of energy. It is a season for reflection, nervous system calm, and intentionally directing the course of your life from a grounded, centered place.

Rather than forcing change, winter asks us to:• Slow down• Listen inward• Restore our energy• Move with purpose and awareness

This is exactly the intention behind this winter session—to help you build strength while cultivating calm, resilience, and inner alignment so that when spring arrives, you move forward with clarity and vitality.
