This isn’t your average Pilates class.I’ve spent decades studying movement, health, and the mind-body connection — and I bring it all into the studio. With my extensive certifications in Pilates, personal training, holistic health coaching, energy healing, and spinal alignment — plus my ongoing PhD in Natural Medicine — every class is informed by cutting-edge research and centuries-old wisdom.


My passion? Helping you feel your absolute best — physically, mentally, and emotionally — with a highly personalized, small-group experience where I can give you individual attention every single session.
