Service Description
There are many different forms of meditation, most of which don’t require specialized equipment or space, and you can do it anywhere. Meditation is something everyone can do to improve their mental and emotional health. This class will explore many types of mediation and breath work to allow you to discover what resonates best with you. Classes will begin with a few minutes of tai chi/chi gong and yoga to improve the body energy flow. We will then try different kinds of meditation techniques. Trying out a style of meditation suited to your goals is a great way to improve your quality of life, even if you only have a few minutes to do it each day.
