Therapeutic Pilates for Back, Neck, Shoulder Pain

Alleviate back, neck and shoulder pain. Improve strength, flexibility and body alignment. Release your inner potential.

A great way to introduce your body to Pilates movements.  This therapeutic Pilates class will take you through exercises with a strong focus on alignment to create uniform muscle use and development, allowing movement to flow through the body in a natural way. You will learn the basic Pilates exercises and get a great stretch! Beginners welcome.

Therapeutic Pilates for Curling/ Golfing

This class will focus on control, concentration, centring, precision, flow of motion and proper breathing.
Enhance your performance and reduce the risk of injury. Achieve your inner balance. 

Both Curling & Golfing are games of asymmetry and multidirectional stresses.  Knee, back, elbow and shoulder pain are common symptoms experienced by curling and golfing participants, due to the sweeping motion, or explosive power for driving off the tee and fairways. This class will help create symmetry and coordination as well as improving muscular endurance and increasing range of motion. Suitable for everyone!

Restorative & Detoxifying Pilates

Foam roller based recovery, stretching and detoxifying class. Release your inner stress, achieve  your inner stretch.

This class is a mat & Foam Roller based class. You will practice rolling over your muscles slowly; stopping and holding on sore trigger points until the tension is released.  The benefits of foam rolling have to do with the mobility of the fascia.   Fascia is a fibrous layer of connective tissue that surrounds all of the muscles in our body. Without proper mobility, fibers of the fascia become cross linked and they bind to muscles and nerves, inhibiting normal motion and causing pain.
In addition to being used for myofascial release these foam rollers will be used for stability exercises. This class will dramatically improve the range of motion in the joints and reduces muscular soreness and tension decreasing the risk of injuries. Help improve posture, and the overall well-being of muscles and joints as well as eliminating toxins from the body. This class is suitable for everyone.

H.I.I.T. Pilates

This class is for our Intermediate/ Advanced clients, (but everyone is welcome and encouraged to go at their own pace). This class is a combination of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and mat Pilates. HITT means performing short bursts of intense activity which effectively works the entire body. The combination of switching from HIIT to Low intensity (more controlled movements on the mat) makes for a dynamic workout that will have you breaking a good sweat and working the body to its maximum potential! 


This class is the beautiful blend of Pilates and yoga. Yogalates is a core focused class that pulls from the ancient asanas of yoga as well as the core centered movement of Pilates. Awaken your inner spirit.

This class will flow through the fundamentals of both practices. There is an emphasis on creating that “long, lean, muscles” as well as cultivating a centered focused mind. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Use 90% of your body’s muscles. Take the pressure off your joints (hip, knee, back and foot).  Free your inner resilience.

Enjoy the sunshine while you use 90% of your body’s muscles. This great cardiovascular exercises boosts the benefits of ordinary walking. This Power Walk Pilates class will focus on optimal breathing, arm positioning and pelvic motion, while working within 60-75% of your maximum heart rate.  Many people with hip, knee or foot problems, have found that working with poles takes the pressure off their joints.  After 30-40 minutes of walking at a moderate pace, each class will end with a series of challenging vertical Pilates exercises that will challenge your balance and flexibility.
