I am passionately committed to empowering you to feel stronger, healthier and happier. As a private boutique, I differentiate from a standard fitness gym or generic wellness studio because I operate from a “quality of experience” focus versus a pure volume model like most clubs or large studios. innertouch was established as an intimate boutique studio, with world-class customer service and attention to detail. Learning and growing takes time and effort like any profession or skill. It is being disciplined to make progress, whether fast or slow, to show growth in yourself as a teacher. I have been able to look at things from all angles and then figure out what is best way to deliver the content and skills to my clients. Like I tell my clients, everyBODY is different.
